Professional Experience

Mr. Hobbs serves as Chief Financial Officer of Simmons Bank, overseeing financial strategy, capital planning, and overall fiscal performance. He brings broad financial leadership experience across banking, operations, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Simmons, he served as EVP and Head of Finance for a Southeastern bank with more than $150 billion in assets, where he provided financial leadership across the bank’s consumer, corporate, and wealth businesses and played a key role in driving growth, improving efficiency, and guiding strategic decision making.
