Mr. Wade serves as Deputy Chief Credit Officer. Prior to this position, he served as EVP, Assistant General Counsel. A seasoned veteran with 40 years of industry experience, Wade previously served as EVP, Chief Credit Officer of Simmons Bank for nearly six years where his responsibilities ranged from asset quality to overseeing the credit approval process for commercial banking. He also chaired the bank's Senior Credit Committee and Executive Loan Committee and was respsonbile for crefting much of the bank's credit policy.
