Professional Experience

Mr. Massanelli serves as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, he has a wide array of day-to-day duties, including mergers and acquisitions, implementing corporate strategy and increasing efficiencies across all areas of the bank. Steve’s skills were pivotal in consolidating several of Simmons Bank’s corporate and office locations into the former Acxiom building in downtown Little Rock. From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Massanelli served as Investor Relations Officer focused on stewarding current and potential investors to grow the Simmons Bank brand and footprint in the United States.
